Today we headed off on our first adventure in our new trailer, nervous because we are new to trailer camping but very excited. As luck would have it we blew a tire on the highway and limped into Edson. Someone recommended we try Happy Camper, we arrived at the store a few minutes before closing on a Saturday. I figured we were in trouble as some wires had been damaged and we now had no spare tire if we blew another. This is were our luck changed Rick the owner saved the day for us, he personally repaired the wires, set us up with a new spare and walked me through multiple trailer tips until well after close when he should have been home with his family. I am not sure I have ever received this level of customer service anywhere in my life and we hadn't even bought through them. If you are looking at buying a trailer these are the people to do it through, these are the people you can trust, and these are the people who will continue to provide you amazing service. We are extremely thankful we found this company and though we are not from Edson will be stopping by this store for supplies whenever we are passing through. Thanks again.

We came from out of town camping, didn't get into our campground until 12 last night, we hooked everything up first time taking the new camper out and nothing would work! Frustrated, we went to bed and waited until this morning to rip into town to find a 40amp fuse to fix the problem. We drove all around town multiple times on Canada day, nothing was open and the stores open didn't have what we needed. We called happy camper, they were also closed so we called the cell number left on the voicemail and got ahold of Rick who on his day off said he would meet us in 10 minutes at the store to help us!! We are so thrilled that it turned out to not be the breaker but the battery and we were able to buy back up supplies just Incase. If it was not for Rick we would have run into this problem over and over again. He is definitely an expert at what he does!! Thank you so much for the great customer service and for helping us out on the long weekend!! You guys rock!

I am overly impressed with the entire happy camper experience. They have a wonderful and helpful staff.. I have needed endless things for my older 5th wheel all season and they have come to the rescue every time. Making it possible for my family and I to enjoy the weekend camping with last minute repairs.. they have always found the most affordable and reliable fix.. big shout out the their amazing staff.. if I ever buy a new unit it will most definitely be from happy camper rv.!!

The people at Happy Camper RV are the best. You will not find any RV store more helpful then this group of people. They did there very best to fix our problem. Unfortunately it was to old. They will order the new parts on Monday. Then install. These people are professional and fun to work with. If ever you are in the town of Edson Alberta on hwy 16 stop and say hi. Can't say enough about this place. Thanks to all that work there.

Amazing and kind customer service. We bought a used travel trailer out of drayton valley. Opened the slides in the Wal-Mart parking lot only to not be able to close the big one. After much panic on our end wanting to get home to Prince George, I called Happy Campers for some advice. Not only did they happily give us some advice over the phone but very quickly someone showed up and helped get us on our way. They went above and beyond for us! Thankyou again you all saved our day!

The day before our first camping trip of the season, our trailer awning broke. A quick call to Happy Camper RV, where our trailer is originally from, and Kyle was able to help us out. Had a bit of a rough go when we first purchased our trailer from them last year. Took it to them a couple weeks ago, after we parked it for the winter, to fix problems we had when we bought it and they went above and beyond to fix the problem and make all the troubles better!
